The property is located in a peaceful and quiet old neighborhood up the road from the historic Calasa Garage in Kula. Considering the whole package, this is an excellent housing value: 1) your own private, separate locked detached/stand-alone 'ohana studio unit, or an totally private attached studio unit in the main house with own locked off enry and living area; 2) a private separate bathroom; 3) your own private separate mini-kitchen with a mini-refrigerator, toaster oven, hot plate; 4) outdoor areas in the larger and beautiful yard to hang out, cook, play, recreate; 5) garden space to plant vegetables; 6) small covered storage cabinets; 7) water service; 8) electricity; and 9) full laundry; all included in the price, no extra charge. The unit is partially furnished but could be unfurnished or additionally furnished if desirable.
