The trolley line that takes you to Penn is around the corner (about 8 min ride) and to Center City. It is a historical block in a safe and quiet street. Upenn suttle drops you right here! There is wireless internet through out the house. The kitchen (on the first floor) and laundry in the basement would be shared. One year lease preferably but it can be flexible.
