Credit reports should show more positive items than negative items and must demonstrate overall financial responsibility. We look for no open collections, no past evictions and no bankruptcies. Each applicant must meet the credit requirements. 5.) Applicants should have positive landlord references. For example, previous landlords would rent to them again; applicant has no history of lease violations and/or noise complaints, and applicant did not cause any damages exceeding the security deposit. 6.) All information provided in your application is subject to verification. Falsifying information in your application will result in automatic denial. 7.) We do not accept co-signers. 8.) We do not accept personal checks until tenancy has been established. The first month's rent and the security deposit must be paid in the form of cash, cashier's check or money order. You are required to pay the entire move in cost before you receive keys. 9.)
