The studio layout includes a fully equipped kitchen and a sleeping area with two Twin over Full bunk beds, ensuring a comfortable stay. For pet-friendly properties, pets are welcome at a cost of $10 per pet per day. Service Animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost. Guests are required to pick up after their pets, with a charge of $10 per exterior location if not cleaned. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Lower Kenai Lodge is nestled in a secluded area, just minutes from the world-famous Kenai River. Enjoy shared outdoor amenities such as fire pits, BBQ grills, and a covered pavilion. Centrally located between Kenai and Soldotna, the cabin offers easy access to sightseeing, fishing, and the serene beauty of the Kenai Peninsula. The water at the property is not potable, so guests should pick up drinking water on their way to the cabin. Smoking or vaping is prohibited on the premises, with a $200 per day fee for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Outdoor security cameras may be in use, and no cameras are located in or pointing to indoor spaces.
