Air Conditioning: There is no AC for the unit, however, since it's in a basement unit it stays 68 to 72 degrees year round. Even on the 100 degree days this year it stayed a consistent 70 degrees which will save you a ton of money in electricity and white noise since you won't need to be operating an AC unit 24/7.
Great location: Right by Hawthorne Street and right behind Por Que No!, and Apizza Scholls. Walkable to Mount Tabor Park!
