This home has a deck outside your back door to entertain or have your own cookout. Dogs are welcome at this home with a pet deposit. All lawn maintenance is done by myself or who we hire. This home is built in a quiet neighborhood with most of the traffic coming from people who live in the area. Trash pick up is on Wednesdays. Please dispose of all trash in the dumpster behind the cream house w/blue shutters on Tuesday nights. Do not leave trash on back porch. There are stray animals around and I have dogs on the property. Company is allowed but cannot stay longer than 3 days in a row. IF you have family visiting from another state, please let me know ahead of the visit to make arrangements. No painting or changing the location of furniture is allowed! Dogs are allowed on the property with a non refundable pet deposit of $250. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture - NO Exceptions! This property in NOT zoned for pool installation and renters insurance is STONGLY suggested. All of the furnishings in the house including dishes, silverware, containers, linens etc. MUST remain in the home. If ANYTHING is NOT accounted for, there is a $500 fee to replace it.
