This rustic youth camp offers a main lodge with a walkout basement- upper level will will seat 100. It has a full kitchen, and restrooms/showers for 10 bedrooms on the lower level. There are cabins for approximately 72 campers per session; other support buildings include showers, storage buildings, and director's cabins. There is an additional large building currently used for crafts/game tables. A nice shop building is also included. Water has been augmented for the purposes of a youth camp.This youth camp is located 4.5 miles northwest of Beulah, Colorado in the tall pines and beautiful mountains of southern Colorado. This property offers some great space with 43.95 acres(m/l), and it borders the BLM at the rear of the property. This access allows extended walking trails in these mountains for some great nature hikes!! You cant help but enjoy the beautiful scenery!!There is plenty of room for a baseball/soccer field; a half court basketball slab is already in place. A stream runs through the property; a great outdoor fire pit with seating is in place, for some great activities. This is a very quiet area; the traffic flow is very low even though the road to the property is paved. Parking is not a problem and the quiet awesome!!
