Small pets considered with additional fees. I do have a 14lb mini labradoodle that is considered hypoallergenic. There is a community pool that can be used upon request. This home is 100% smoke free- if you smoke it can't be done outside my neighbors windows. I expect someone who respects each others privacy & property. If the renter damages something- they will repair or replace to the same standard. Shared spaces will be cleaned up and respected.- No dirty dishes left in the sink/counters wiped/ floors cleaned. There will be regular room checks with renters present. Also a common home cleaner fee shared roughly $50/mo- but cleaning up after oneself is expected & common area cleaning will be shared.- stairs- kitchen- glass front door- stair way, entrance walk way- bathroom.
