End unit townhome that was remodeled in 2020. I have a large walkout lower level with an outdoor patio that faces parkland. The lower level has a large bedroom with walkin closet, a large family room, and a full private bath. The kitchen, dining room, and laundry will be shared space. The lower level family room will be for tenants to share and enjoy. The lower level bedroom will also get the 1 stall garage. There is another upper bedroom, that will also have their own private full bathroom. Because this is a shared living situation, I am looking for only women, and I am a Christian, and have 2 small Morkie pups, Bella and Bailey. I am hoping to find women who are looking for a safe, clean and welcoming place to live, with similar values so we can all support one another, yet respect each other's privacy. *The 1 parking spot that is available is included with the walk out level BR. * Renters will share the lower level family room and patio. *This is a no smoking home. * I have 2 small dogs. I hope you end up loving them as much as I do! * I meet with friends and go out, only if we all agree do we have people over at the home, just to be respectful of each other. *No having overnight guests of the opposite sex. This is a shared home situation, and we have to respect each other's privacy and space. *Upper level bedroom will be responsible for moving their car when the driveway is being plowed, or shovel the snow that was under their vehicle. Initial lease will be month to month, with a 30 day notice required. Once we all believe we are a good fit, then happy to sign a longer lease. I just want to make sure we are all happy with the arrangement. *Renters will pay the fee for credit and background check.
