The west facing 3,998 sq/ft house is situated on .92 acres. The yard is beautifully landscaped with fully automatic sprinkler system. I raised sheep for my family so I have a 16x12 animal shelter and premium sheep fencing. It was manufactured by Brazzen and is fully galvanized so it will not rust, bend, warp and is nearly indestructible. If you are not interested in raising sheep and would prefer the backyard for entertainment purposes, it has a sand volleyball area that just needs to be spread with more sand. The house is on two levels but due to the configuration both floors are on ground level making it have easy access for mobility issues. The kitchen is large with a dining area and the covered portion of the deck off the kitchen for dining outside. A large pantry with ample room for all your needs. The kitchen floor is tiled and the dining area has luxury vinyl flooring. There is ample counter space and the island provides working and entertaining space as well as storage. The living room is large with an electrical plug in the floor for your powered couch or lamps. A large dining area is off the living room and provides additional dining space and entertainment space. Ceilings are high vaulted with a recessed shelf to display your treasures. Access to the not covered deck is off the living room. A large gas fireplace provides warmth and ambiance to the room. The dining area is separated by two large columns. Responsible for maintaining appearance of the interior and exterior of the house. Must keep yard mowed and weeded. House cleaned and vacuumed. Large appliances if renting with them included are for the convenience of the renters. (Washer / Dryer/ Fridge/ Freezer/) will not be replaced if they do not work. Oven, built in Microwave and dishwasher will be repaired or replaced.
