Each entryway has either a tiled or vinyl space to remove your shoes before getting the carpets wet or soiled.
All the windows on the east side of the house have had privacy film added. I can look outside at the lovely view without anyone being able to look in. It is close to both the elementary and junior high school, you can see them from your windows. The high school that your children would be bussed to is West Field although Roy High is closer but you would need to drive them and get a variance.
