This is a seasonal rental as the owners do rent this out Memorial Day through Labor Day. Right down the road from the Blankenship put in and only 7 miles from downtown Columbia Falls. This is a great rental option for seasonal needs or people looking to figure out where they would like to end up permanently in the valley. The rental will be available through May 15th, 2025. We do require 2x the amount of rent gross. No misdemeanors or felonies. No money owned to previous landlord and no open bankruptcies. This is a specific term rental agreement starting 10/1/2024 and ending 5/15/2025. This property is used for vacation nightly rental as well. Should you need to extend your stay, you are welcome to at the daily rate. Please contact management for additional details.
