Rent is $2000 per month if paid on time plus $100 per month for lawn care for a total of $2100 per month. 4624 Orlando Circle, Bradenton, FL. 34207 is a clean and updated 3 bedroom / 2 bath / 1 car garage home close to shopping/bus lines and Chick-Fil-A! This property has a fully fenced, very private large yard with fun horseshoe pits and TWO storage sheds. Complete with a dishwasher, separate laundry room with hookups, and tile floors throughout keeping things tidy is a breeze. The master bedroom is en suite with the attached bathroom having a walk-in shower. The second bath has a tub with shower. The tenant pays all utilities. Up to 2 pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with a pet rent of $25 per pet per month. Large dogs OK. To qualify, applicants must have income of at least 2 x rent, be able to show they have the move-in money in the bank, must have a USA ID, and have NO PRIOR EVICTIONS. We do not make any excepts for evictions. Move-in money is the first month's rent ($2100) and deposit ($2000) plus any pet rent. The last month's rent ($2100) can then be split into 6 payments of $350 each beginning the 2nd month of tenancy. There is a $38 fee for a background check which is paid only if all other criteria is met. (We are not in the business of collecting application fees. Applicants will be pre-qualified before paying the $38). We are looking for long term, annual tenants. No short term applicants will be accepted. The tenant pays all utilities. Lawn care is included with the $2100 rent. Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the property. The last month's rent of $2100 can be collected over the course of 6 months. This means that if the the tenant cannot pay the last month's rent up-front they can pay an extra $350 per month for the 2nd through 7th month to pay for the last month's rent.
