It is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. Easy street parking is available. The studio is heated and cooled by a split unit. Sorry no pets allowed, 6 week minimum stay. Typically rented 3-6 months, we cannot accommodate one year leases.
