Rockhill Terrace is a nice community just 3 blocks East of the Nelson Atkins Art Gallery off Emanuel Cleaver II, (47th street) and just north of UMKC. We look for people who are willing to clean their kitchens and bathrooms. We don't like mold or bugs. Sorry, no pets can join you. It is a quiet building that has a no smoking policy. Our tenants are happy living here. Multiple security cameras are on site. The Parking lot in back of the building is shared and therefore some residents have designated parking spaces. There will be a charge for a parking space sometime this spring or summer but for now it is free. We are located close to the bus line, UMKC, The Plaza, Westport, The Nelson Atkins Museum and downtown. These are great areas for after work activities and restaurants.
