The laundry room with a washer and dryer already provided A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator ready to go A half bathroom downstairs and a full bathroom upstairs You'll also have access to the garage, driveway, and the backyard This home is brand new and located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. There's also a water softener and house filter, so you'll always have great-quality water and feel slippery. For utilities, we'll split them between the tenants and me (the landlord).
