Completely renovated home, with tons of light in a very popular neighborhood with 90 restaurants and bars within walking distance. No cats- allergic, sorry. Small dogs that are well-trained are okay. Can't do big dogs here unless they are shed-free, and get along with all tenants. Farmers market and breakfast vendors on Sundays literally across the street at King school, so nice! We are a very secluded inner city home, across street from a big park with running or walking mulch track. Close to soccer or basketball practice area. Must clean up after yourself and help clean home once in a while. Single occupancy strongly preferred with a premium rent of $250 for second roommate (couples must be interviewees and approved by all tenants). No cats. Must be mindful with noise and quiet hours of 10 pm to 6 am.
