Small dogs, cats and other small animals allowed with pet deposit. Would need active renters insurance for duration of stay. Property must be in same shape as when tenants move in. A co-signer is needed with a score above 600 if the applicant does not have a score of 600 or above. Application is per adult person through Zillow application. At least 2.5x the rent is needed in income verification. Small pets are allowed as long as they are cleaned up after or kept outside. $300 pet deposit per pet. $2200 deposit and $2200 due on move in along with any pet deposits.
