Lease is monthly $2200 due 1st of every month. Most people stay long term with monthly lease. Home is on approximately 1 acre of land. Pictures were taken during remodel and clean up. It is now remodeled and cleaned up and ready for move in. There are two large car ports. One can store a boat or RV and the other can store cars, lawn mowers, etc. There is a 3 car garage on the property that the tenants can have access to once it's done. There is also a car lift that is not working but the tenants can use at their own risk, if fixed. There is a pool in the back of the house. It needs some work to use which tenants use at their own risk. Location is 45 minutes from Charlotte, 25 minutes from Hickory, 30 minutes to mooresville or statesville. Great convenience. Lots of restaurants 10 mins to Lincolnton. Rent is monthly with option to renew.
Renter responsible for payment of all utilities used. Renter may use 3 car garage and pool at own risk. Small dogs, cats and other small animals allowed with pet deposit. Would need active renters insurance for duration of stay. Property must be in same shape as when tenants move in. Tenants responsible for property damage. Tenants responsible for their animals. Rent is monthly 2200 a month. No smoking inside the home. No guests stays longer than a week. Lease is monthly with option to renew as long as rent paid on time or within 5 days of the first of the month when it is due and tenant is in compliance with lease. Credit score 600 or over. A co-signer is needed with a score above 600 if the applicant does not have a score of 600 or above. Application is per adult person through Zillow application. At least 2.5x the rent is needed in income verification. Small pets are allowed as long as they are cleaned up after or kept outside. $300 pet deposit per pet. $2200 deposit and $2200 due on move in along with any pet deposits. It is a monthly lease so a 30 day notice is needed if lease is not renewed. House needs to be in same condition as move in.
