The Ventana HOA dues are going to be $450 a month. The Mesquite Vistas HOA will be $50 a month. These 2 HOA’s cover the water, landscaping, Community Pool, Jacuzzi, Work out room and facilities. There’s a Reserve Deficit Assessment charge of $2,750 payable by the end of 2023 for reserve funds. This can be paid on a monthly basis or lump sum at the end of the year. I paid an assessment charge of $5000 for the roofs in 2022
