A sparkling community pool (ha,ha) and tennis courts, that no one uses and the HOA waste a ton of money on.. and low maintenance lifestyle- that a riot, since when is owning a home 34 year old home low maintenance. You definitely make sure that the electricity is good no funny business! The house on the other end of the same building. Burnt to a crisp on Thanksgiving day 2010. Reason, bad electrical wiring behind the drywall where the microwave is located killed 2 dogs inside. It took WSFD 11 trucks to put it out... WoW! This home is located close to Winter Springs Town Center, (since when is 3.5 miles close? IN ORLANDO HEAT!!?) nature and walking trails, top school zones, and would make for a great living home. IT WAS A GREAT HOME THAT I BUSTED my butt on for 12 years! A MUST SEE! WON'T LAST! I would stay far away from and this crazy HOA! They will continue to raise your fees and promise nice things but they actually spent over 25,000k of the HOA fees in a court battle. That 4 years later still is not over. I'm about to sue them again because its entertainment to me now. Remember once fraud proven every single person that has several of the community can sue mishandling of money it never goes away there are no limitations on time.. My favorite is how that hold payments for a week after receiving them just to hit the homeowners with late fee and interest. They should all be in JAIL!
