The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge with on-demand water and ice, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, silverware, standard coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, Keurig, Crockpot, blender, toaster, and even children's cutlery and dinnerware. The backyard oasis includes a paver patio with a table and chairs for 6, a natural gas grill, lounge chairs, and a hammock. For our tiny travelers, a pack and play, high chair, and kids' dishes/silverware are provided. A six-passenger golf cart is available for an additional fee. Inquire for rates for the golf cart or pool heating. This home is pet-friendly, just ask about bringing along your fur-baby, as a one-time $200 fee must be paid prior to arrival. Up to two vehicles, plus a six-passenger golf cart, can be accommodated. Located in the heart of Destin, this home is within three short blocks of the beautiful sugar sand beaches and has easy access to Highway 98 for local restaurants, shopping, and activities. An Uber or Lyft is typically recommended, as they are very popular in the area and always less expensive than a normal taxi. Grocery delivery is also available from local grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Publix, WinnDixie, Walmart, and Target via InstaCart or Shipt. Check-in time is 4 PM CST and check-out time is 10 AM CST. There is no parking on the street or blocking the sidewalk, which may result in a citation from the City of Destin to be paid by the guest in violation. Parties and events are not permitted. No noise is allowed past 10 pm local ordinance. If pets are brought, they must be house-trained, not permitted on the furniture, and crated if left unattended. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors, or additional fees will be assessed. Any cleanup of bodily fluids of any kind in any location on the property (both indoors/outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges.
