While we don't expect any, if an issue with the house does arise it will be dealt with personally, and immediately. Additional details: - Each bedroom is 10 feet x 10 feet in size - The basement is unfinished but has washer/dryer that works great and plenty of storage space - Kitchen appliances are all in great working order - There is a one car garage that can be accessed in the back alley Renter responsible for all utilities: water, electric, gas, garbage/sewer, and internet/cable. Renter also responsible for lawn care. No smoking. Dogs and cats are allowed for an extra $50/month per pet.
