    "High Meadows Grove" is a 10 acre former citrus grove located in the former Orange Co & American Agronomics citrus development in east Charlotte Co. This is a square 10 acre block of old Valencia citrus consisting of four - 2.5 M/L each. The location is perfect for a home site with a new grove or even another income crop. The property can be a great recreational property with miles of roads for riding & there are areas on the property ideal for wild hog & turkey....maybe deer. The land is ditched on all sides for maintaining the water table to raise citrus or other crops. The elevation is about 50-60 feet. The area is being sought for "big out & away home sites" away from the big cities of South Florida. If seeking a rural & more relaxed lifestyle, then this acreage is a valued asset. Two homes are in the general 1 mile area. Electricity is on the north side of the property & is the most important factor when acquiring a rural property.
