Rooms available for summer rent in a comfortable, modern house located on a quiet side street near the center of Camrose. House is only a 5 minute walk way from A&W and the gas station, and a 15 minute walk from Augustana campus and main street. The grocery stores are also only a short distance away in the opposite direction due to its central location. The house is fully finished and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room both upstairs and downstairs. Some furnishings such as a couch and a kitchen table are provided upstairs, and downstairs features a small, mounted tv that can be hooked up for gaming. Renters would have a decent amount of privacy, as they would only have to share their living room and bathroom with one other person, and there's a side entrance that leads downstairs. There is a large back yard, and a deck that can be used for sitting outside during the summer. The back yard is partially fenced in and has a small garage and a shed. Parking for multiple cars available in the front and back of the house. The house features hardwood throughout, and has been kept in good condition. Touch-ups such as repainting were done just this year. The kitchen features an oven/stove, microwave, and fridge and all appliances are relatively new. A washer and drier are located in the basement. The basement also features a cold room. House is located across from some apartments, but tenants are quiet and don't cause trouble. The neighbors on either side are quiet and friendly. House is smoke-free, and tenants will be expected to smoke and drink outside of the house if they wish to do so (due in large part to allergies of other tenants). Cats and other small pets welcome.
