This house sits on gently sloping land, 5.2 acres. It was originally built with cedar siding which was later covered with light blue vinyl siding. It has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has two windows and a private bath, as well as a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two windows and a closet with folding doors. The third, smallest bedroom has one window and a small closet with folding doors. The kitchen has one window and is combined with the dining area. Each of the bedrooms and the dining area have ceiling fans. The “Florida Room” was formerly the back porch and the floor is a couple of inches lower than the living room and kitchen, requiring a step up when entering either of those rooms. Patio doors open from the Florida Room on the large deck on the back. The deck has new steps and hand rails. There are scattered flower, blooming trees and rose bushes, as well as hasta growing under an oak tree in the back yard. The driveway is asphalt and has been recently sealed. There is an underground spring on the east side of the property about halfway back. During the spring rains, the east side floods in the valley between this house and the house on the east side. It never gets close to the house and is never a problem. The water simply flows northward under the road and into the small pond in the cattle field across the road. The foundation is good, the roof is due to be replaced. The triple window in the living room as well as the windows in the bedrooms and kitchen have been replaced in recent years by American Home design with the type windows which are metal and open inward for easy cleaning. Five other windows are planned to be replaced, possibly a sixth in the master bath. There is a small front porch and a sidewalk.
