The apartment is a furnished and updated 2 bedroom/2 bath unit on the 1st floor with renovated kitchen, new flooring, lighting, paint, appliances, A/C unit, water heater, etc. Water softener in unit provides good water throughout condo. Reverse Osmosis (RO) tap at kitchen sink provides good drinking water. Washer and dryer located in the unit. Condo near I-60 and Country club and very close to stores, restaurants, Phoenix airport, Arizona State University in Tempe, Mesa Community College and Banner Health hospital. This is a quiet complex with 4 pools, hot tub, basketball court, outdoor grill area, bike storage and racquetball court. Owner pays monthly HOA costs (water, sewer, garbage and maintenance), internet and $75/month towards electricity. Tenant pays for electricity above $75/month. Electricity varies by time of year and averages $50/month during winter months and averages $100/month during summer months (May through September). One assigned parking space is available, plus first come first serve visitor spots are available. No pets or smoking. Lease term is 1 to 6 months depending on the time of year. Cleaning fee is $200 for duration of stay. Any excess cleaning costs and any damages will be taken out of the security deposit.
