This home is an updated Ranch house on Madison's west side in the Westmoreland Neighborhood. A summer porch was added in 1960 and in 2008, vinyl thermopane windows were installed along with new doors, and a carpeted sub-floor. The basement was flood-proofed in the spring of 2009 and since then very little water has come into the basement. Much of the plumbing has been replaced in this home.
