Looking to rent out 3 of the bedrooms in my 5-bed, 3.5-bath home located in south central Sioux Falls. All 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor of the home, as well as a full bathroom and lounge area. I live on the main floor of the home in the primary. Two of the bedrooms are priced at $1,000/mo, and the 3rd, larger bedroom (with a movie projector) at $1,250/mo. This price includes all the basics - utilities, internet, lawn care, snow removal, furnishings as well as some extras streaming services, office/home essentials, fully stocked kitchen, cold plunge, and a housekeeper. One garage stall is available to the first accepted applicant, and there is plenty of street parking available as well as a deep driveway. The home also has a full suite in the basement that we would have access to about 50% of the time, which includes a kitchenette, movie theater, 4 seasons room, and sauna. As far as location, it doesn't get much better. Arguably the safest neighborhood in Sioux Falls, within walking distance of the bike trails & Big Sioux River and a 15-minute-or-less drive to anywhere in town. Flexible on length of stay; would be fine with month-to-month. My goal is to find a super cohesive set of roommates that get along and 'vibe well', if you will. Personality / interests / career aspirations will play a large part in getting this group together. I would consider a pricing discount for a group (or individual) looking to rent all 3 rooms.
