Additional features include high-speed Wi-Fi, an EV charger, and plenty of parking with both driveway and street options. Tesla EV charging is available, and there is 1 parking spot in the driveway with additional parking behind the gate for 2 more vehicles. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. East Austin is a vibrant, historic neighborhood just four miles from downtown and only eight miles from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited on the premises with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may increase if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property, and tampering with them is prohibited. If you need to use the hard key, please return it to the lockbox before departing to avoid a $50 replacement fee per key. The cowboy pool should be used at your own risk, with no lifeguard on duty, and children under 16 should be supervised at all times. The pool is not heated, and no glass or food is allowed around the pool area. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. HVAC rules include not setting the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) and adjusting it by no more than 2 degrees per hour. Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible to avoid overloading the system. Texas is home to many bugs, especially during cricket season, so keep windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings, to manage them. Bug spray is provided under the sink if needed.
