Rent & Payment Details: Monthly Rent: $950/month Deposit: 1st and Last Month's rent is required at lease signing. Utilities: Rent includes all utilities, including heating, AC, electricity, water, and high-speed WiFi. Special Offer: Get $50 off the first month's rent if you sign the lease by Dec. 10 Christmas special House Rules & Policies: No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. No drugs or alcohol: No illegal drugs, marijuana s allowed on the property. Noise/behavior: The property is for quiet and respectful living. No aggressive behavior, fights, or disturbances are allowed. Violations of this rule will result in immediate lease termination without a refund.
