Oatland Farm is located in West Olney, south of Route 108 and west of Bowie Mill Road (Click here for map). First established in 1996, Oatland Farm is governed by a single homeowner association, whose five-member Board of Directors is elected by the 309 households that make up the community. There are 185 single-family homes and 124 townhomes throughout the community, including 15 Moderate Priced Dwelling Units (MPDUs). The homes were built by Ryan Homes and NV Homes. The Oatland Farm Community offers two tot lots and several asphalt paths that traverse the Rock Creek North Trail tributary and parkland.
