Please do not park in the yard under any circumstances. The neighbors are the long-time residents of the area and value the quiet, and serenity of this area. Please limit all noise after 11 pm. This house has keyless entry. The smart lock is located at the front door. The thermostat is located in the hallway. Please keep the front back doors closed while the AC/heat is on to conserve energy. The TV is connected to the WiFi so you can log into your own streaming accounts. Upon move in we will provide Keurig coffee pods located next to the coffee cups in the cabinet next to the stove. Enjoy your first-morning coffee on us. We also included a bottle of wine just for you. There is a charging station in the kitchen. Feel free to move it around the house as needed If you have any issues at all please send us a message and we will get it handled as quickly as we can Additional Rules and disclosures: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! In the event of a party, MPD will be notified and all guests will be escorted off the property and additional charges may incur. Maximum number of guest allowed to stay at the property is 12.
