Master suite is located on the first floor and has a large walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor and each have double closets. New hardwood has been added to the living room, dining room and foyer since photos were taken. Deck was also updated recently. Veterans park and Pinnacle Point Community Pool are a short walk from this house. Pool membership is included in the rent. We typically sign a 1 year lease but will entertain 6 month and multi year leases. Renter is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. One small dog is allowed for $50.00 per month. NO SMOKING is allowed. Kitchen appliances are included in the lease, however the washer and dryer are the responsibility of the renter.
