There is so much to enjoy in this quaint little haven. So much room to roam; so many flowers to smell; so many trees to climb and fruit to pick; so many hours of sitting by the pool in the warm sunshine; days of fishing in the Van Duzen river; every day enjoying the quiet and privacy of the 2 acres. The 30 x 14 swimming pool is heated by solar and completely fenced. There is plenty of room for a large garden area and a greenhouse to get those starts going. The 4 sliding glass door and lots of windows provide a lot of light and gorgeous views out of every window, the favorite is of Robinson Rock out the bedroom window. The sitting room outside of the main bedroom could be another bedroom or an office. There are so many amenities that we had to make a separate list. See it in documents.
