The room is single occupancy only and all utilities, high speed internet, brand new washer and dryer, and professional cleaning service for common areas are included. No pets. Rent is $1,200 per month. Off street parking in our secure, monitored, and newly expanded driveway for one vehicle is available for an additional $100 per month.
