Oaklawn Avenue, you can walk to downtown and music district. We are less than a mile to the Brevard Music Center that brings us world class outdoor concerts. Sweet Caroline is fully furnished, with 2/1 (both King beds), laundry, television, equipped kitchen, remodeled bathroom, fenced yard with patio and playset. Possible small RV parking. Located on a charming and friendly street filled with bicyclers and walkers. Keyless entry and super friendly owners! Annual lease amount is $2100 with a $2100 refundable damage deposit. There is a $300 move out cleaning fee and a $500 non-refundable pet fee if a pet is approved. City of Brevard has a strict leash policy at any time a dog is outside of the home unless contained in the back yard by fencing. This includes the front porch and driveway. There are breed restrictions in place by our home owners insurance company.
