Looking for a female roommate to share a charming restored Victorian with myself and one other roommate already here. Located on Lincoln and Ellsworth, this is a gorgeous gingerbread house with a renovated kitchen. About the house/location: -private bath -off street parking -laundry in unit -ac -lots of character -great backyard for entertaining- so deluxe in the summer months -one block off South Broadway: walking distance to all shops, food, bars, parks, but yet somehow it's never noisy -walking distance or quick bike or bus ride to downtown, 5 minute drive to major highways, convenient for commuters -quiet, respectful, tidy roommates who pay bills on time and communicate well -awesome mid century furnishing, houseplants, and outdoor vegetable/herb/flower garden -The common areas and kitchen are fully furnished, there is only room for bedroom furniture, some cupboard/pantry space, and a very small and highly unfinished basement we all share a bit of storage in- think boxes, not furniture. About the room: -main floor -private bath: it's disconnected from the bedroom, but it's not shared by other roommates -private parking spot in driveway -room is *quaint*- not a good space for lots of large furniture, but a great bargain for the location and quality of the house About us: One woman in her 20s and one in her 30s, very much enjoy each other's company but also happy to give each other space. We are both very liberal. Love a good reality tv show, cooking, gardening, crafts. I have two cats and a puppy on the way. I have lived in this house for 8 years and have a great relationship with the landlord and neighbors. Applicant Requirements: Pass a background and credit check, be responsible and respectful of common areas, contribute equally to housework (very critical), and preferably love animals, as you'll have some furry housemates. Need someone who would be very okay with letting a dog out in the yard to use the bathroom if they are home, and are comfortable contributing to pet care if I'm gone for a few days (very infrequent).
