Rent is $2400 plus utilities. First floor laundry, car port, full basement for storage and lot of driveway space. Central kitchen and living room as common space. There is some furniture included as part of the rental. Utlities will be charged back to the tenants. Lawn care is provided, but if you are handy with a lawn mower and willing, make sure you let us know in the application. Snow clearning will be provided for large snow storms, else tenants would have to ensure walkway and driveway are cleared and safe. Property owners and maintenance is local and very responsive; referral from previous tenants can be provided upo request. Potential tenants will have to fill out a questionnaire before house will be shown. No pets are allowed. No smoking in the house. Applicants must have 600+ credit score, agree for a background check, provide Guarantor in case of students. No smoking in the house.
