You will have this entire home to yourself. 2 bed, 2 bath, office, living room with Roku tv, remodeled kitchen and laundry room upstairs. The home offers two outdoor patios that are great to have meals on when the weather is in your favor. Linens are provided and the cleanliness of the home is the responsibility of the tenants. The fridge has ample space to store food during your stay and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook fantastic meals. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to downtown, Mission Hospital, Biltmore Village, West Asheville, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. NO PETS. The rent includes all utilities (water, electric, gas, trash/recycling, internet). There is one designated parking spot for the unit. Additional street parking is available. There are no pets allowed. This is a furnished rental with sheets and towels clean and available for you and your guests. The lease must be a month at minimum. I am happy to extend the lease to suit your work contract/vacation needs (up to 3 months to start). Options to extend beyond 3 months are available after the initial lease.
