This ad is for a room in a 2bed/1bath apartment in Stanford Court. It is located on the corner of Stanford and Bridge. It's short walk from the University of California Irvine (down the street a block) and also the University Town Center (right across the street). It's on the second story (so no having to worry about loud neighbors) and the apartment was renovated before we moved in (so it's nice). There are currently two girls living in the master bedroom- and they are awesome. Both attend UCI and are in their third year. They are both very calm, relaxed, respectful-- not huge into the party scene (but sociable)-- and very reliable. Overnight guests aren't an issue if they're respectful. The other bedroom is going to be completely empty, so you will need your own furniture. If you and a friend want to move in together-- that's great! If you want to live in the room by yourself, the rent is increased to $900. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask :) Thanks! Oh! And cats and dogs are allowed in the apartments but there is a stipulation in the rental contract that says there's an additional fee for cats/dogs.
