Beautiful open floor plan. Moved staircase against the garage wall and removed kitchen wall for full open view. My personal favorite feature and the reason I spent two and a half years to buy this floor plan is the vaulted ceilings in both the great room and the 2 car garage. As a photographer, it is like having 2 studios for the price of one & I can photograph cars or motorcycles in the garage studio. There are 2 guestrooms, 1 full shared bath, & a master bedroom with master bath on suit upstairs with north facing windows for great views of city and mountains and cooler rooms in summer. The 3rd guestroom with its on suite 3/4 bath is downstairs and is perfect for visiting guests or an office space. The extra wide lot will allow me to extend the entire east end of the house out 12'.
