The community is desirably located next to the crabtree creek greenway, within walking distance from the crabtree valley mall. There are two nice resort-style pools, two fitness centers, a business center, and a dog park. I would have lived here for a long time had I not purchased a home. The current lease expires on 7/11/2021, but you will have the option to renew. The monthly rent is $1,199, plus $95 for the technology package (cable, wifi and HBO included) as well as $30 for front door trash pickup. This rent is very attractive, below the market rate, especially for a short term rental. You won't be able to find a better deal. You will be responsible for setting up and paying for electric bills.
