The unit is on the 3rd floor, featuring white cabinetry, quartz countertops, glass tile backsplash, carpet in living areas, and stainless steel appliances. There are elevators in the building. The community is desirably located next to the crabtree creek greenway, within walking distance from the crabtree valley mall. There are two nice resort-style pools, two fitness centers, a business center, and a dog park. I would have lived here for a long time had I not purchased a home. The current lease expires on 7/11/2021, but you will have the option to renew. The monthly rent is $1,199, plus $95 for the technology package (cable, wifi and HBO included) as well as $30 for front door trash pickup. This rent is very attractive, below the market rate, especially for a short term rental. You won't be able to find a better deal. You will be responsible for setting up and paying for electric bills.
