We are renting our beautiful North Boulder Condo starting February 1st, with options for a 6-, 12- or 18-month lease. Rent will be $2500/month + utilities. First month's rent and deposit required with signing of the lease. We are looking for mature, responsible tenant(s) that will take care of our home. Occupancy 2 unrelated. We will be conducting background, credit, and reference checks for prospective renters. Pets require an additional $100 rent per month and $300 deposit. No smoking allowed inside or outside the home.

It is also just minutes away from an expansive network of walking and biking paths, as well as Foothills Community Park. The RTD bus system runs up and down Broadway, with stops just a short walk down the street.

We live in strange times, and we ask for common sense when it comes to the pandemic. All prospective tenants who come tour the condo are required to wear face coverings and observe social distancing. We expect tenants to abide by State and City of Boulder laws regarding gathering size, facial covering use, social distancing, etc.
