We will be conducting background, credit, and reference checks for prospective renters. Pets require an additional $100 rent per month and $300 deposit. No smoking allowed inside or outside the home. The unit is situated on a quiet street and has west-facing floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the foothills. There are 2 bedrooms with built in closets and 2 bathrooms. There are also two balconies, one on the North side and one on the West side. Washer and dryer available in the unit, tucked away in a storage room. The unit comes with a 1 car garage that can be accessed from the 1st floor of the building. Please note that although there is furniture in the photos, the condo will be completely unfurnished. Location & Access The unit is only a short walk away from Spruce Confections, Amante Coffee, and numerous restaurants. It is also just minutes away from an expansive network of walking and biking paths, as well as Foothills Community Park. The RTD bus system runs up and down Broadway, with stops just a short walk down the street.
