The garage is not large enough to easily fit most cars but there is enough parking in the driveway for at least 2 regular sized vehicles. Street parking is allowed and should be safe as the neighborhood is not a thoroughfare nor very busy. There are no additional fees each month other than rent, so long as the renters agree to pay for their own utilities. If there are any needs, we have a maintenance person who should be available during reasonable hours.
