Just finishing up on a total rehab of this beautiful 1 story home. First, new 30 year roof. Then a total gut of kitchen, both bathrooms and family room paneling. Found out house had aluminum wiring so we did a total rewire, not the pigtails. Had the drywall company come in and remove all the popcorn ceilings and renew with “double knock down”. They also installed new sheet rock in the family room. Then they totally repaired all the walls from the rewire. Both bathrooms completely renovated, new vanities, tile, toilets and flooring. Same with kitchen, tore out everything and installed new cabinets, floors, appliances and sink. Then on to replacing all the circa 70’s windows with new hurricane force double paned ones. Completely removed old fireplace and replaced with a marvelous new electric fireplace. Installed new 5 ft green chain link fence along back property line to keep the kids in, and the critters out. House has an artesian deep well. Pump was not working so had Florida Pump service replace with new submersible pump. Old sprinkler system was not working so new sprinkler system installed.
