    You've just discovered your next outdoor get away. If you enjoy hunting, fishing and wildlife this one's for you. Located in northwestern Lapeer County, up near Otter Lake you'll find this partially rolling wooded 37.5 acres. Property has frontage on 2 gravel roads with entrances onto the property from each. The road frontage is wooded, brushy and has a couple swails providing seclusion. There is also power running along both road fronts. The north side fronts on Howell Road and is where you'll find the 24 x 32 x 8 pole barn, complete with cement floor, power and a lean to running the length of the barn. Great place to store the tools and toys. There's a driveway in place that runs up to the barn atop a hill. From the barn there are trails leading both southeast and southwest. The southeastern trail leads over to a nice high rolling hay field / food plot with 1 elevated deer blind overlooking. Plenty of deer runs leading out from the woods and swails that surround the field. Middle of the hay field is also the home of an awesome pond. Nice sized and stocked with fish, waiting for you to wet a line. I'd guess that hay field could be a heck of potential building site for a new home or cabin. Why I can almost see the big porch lined with rocking chairs facing the pond. Leaving the hay field, the trail continues in a southerly direction, through the pines and on past the gated drive in from Marathon Road. To the west of the trail it's all woods and wildlife. That wooded area can be wet at times after snow melts and big rains. The owner has done alot of work helping to drain that area. There's also another elevated deer blind nestled back in those woods. The trail continues on to turn west and heads back into the woods. Here's where the hunting shines. There are 2 more elevated deer blinds, food plots, shooting lanes, a couple creeks and lots of deer roaming back there. The woods become thicker and brushier, providing great bedding and loafing cover for the whitetails. Eventually the trail finds the western property boundary and makes it's way back up over the hill to the pole barn. The property has been surveyed.
