As a general rule, if you want a wrap-around porch, you have to buy a great big house. So in a fit of rule-breaking, we gave Tealight 1 a wrap-around porch that will easily accommodate a couple of comfy chairs, a porch swing and a jug of sun tea. We also lifted the family room to the upper level, where it can do a better job of giving the family a real retreat. Then, to top it all off, we created options for up to four bedrooms and almost as many baths. So maybe this isn't a great big house. But it sure acts like one.
