    Soon to be designated an Historic Landmark of Indian Wells, this little enclave is very special, and this unit is particularly so. The Sandpiper development company built a fair number of condominiums in both Palm Desert and Indian Wells back in the day i.e. Mid-Century. Inside Indian Well Country Club there are eleven so called pods with units surrounding a green space & pool. Nine of them have eight buildings with two units each thus 16 in total. Two of them have four buildings with two units each, thus only 8 units with huge, meticulously well-kept green spaces. All designed by renown architect William Krissel. This is in one of the units of eight therefore very rare, and with a great Southwest view, significantly remodeled in 2014 and updated including a custom enlarged kitchen and all new high quality argon gas filled windows and sliding doors. The charming atrium has recently installed overhead alumiwood stat sun screen and provides a very private outdoor space. 2,900 sq. ft. (not including the atrium) and a 2.5 car attached garage (most in the area are not). These rarely come on the market especially ones that are completely renovated and a view. My suggestion is Do Not Hesitate.
