The kitchen boasts a dining table, seating at the breakfast bar, full stainless appliances, dishes, cookware, and a FlexBrew coffee maker. The laundry room is conveniently located right off the kitchen area. The second floor is where many nights will be spent in the bonus game room relaxing on the oversized sleeper sofa, shooting hoops on the Pop-A-Shot basketball game, battling one another in Foosball, or playing a cool arcade version of Golden Tee! Pool heating is available for an additional seasonal fee. A six-passenger golf cart is included for trips booked and staying October 2025 through March 1, 2026, for trips of four days or more. The driveway can accommodate up to 5 vehicles and the golf cart (if included). Located right in the heart of Crystal Beach, this apartment is just a block away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Shopping at the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, restaurants, and entertainment are just a few minutes away. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are welcome with a one-time $200 fee, which includes emotional support animals. Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from this fee, and notification is required prior to arrival. Any impersonation of a service animal is a crime in the state of Florida and will not be tolerated. Spring break/student groups (any group under 25 years old) are permitted with prior permission. A $100 cash deposit is required and student rules must be signed and agreed upon at check-in. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets; an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup.
