    What's special

    We are looking for someone to rent our Ocean Beach craftsman house starting August 1st. It is a two bedroom, one bath on a large lot. There is a large front grass area and a huge back and side area with a large patio and fenced off area with a vegetable garden. In addition, there is front porch where we often have breakfast on the weekends. The house is hardwood with a vinyl kitchen floor. The house has wonderful flow and lighting. Being six blocks from the beach it gets wonderful breezes, but is also away from the chaos of central OB. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beaches, it also is a quick walk to the hill overlooking all of OB for wonderful sunset walks. There is lots of street parking with no street sweeping. There is a one car garage that could store a smaller car, but has been used for storage, along with a good sized shed. There is also a double gate that could allow parking on the back patio if desired for busy weekends. We have redone the bathroom, with new lights, vanity, toilet and medicine cabinet. We absolutely love this house and neighborhood. The neighbors are all very welcoming with a huge sense of community here. We are looking for someone who is going to make this their home and take care of it. We are dog lovers and understand the challenge finding a place for your pups. There is a dog door in the back door and dogs are welcome. Because of the wear and tear of dogs there is a $75/mo fee for dogs. Tenant responsible for utilities. We pay for the gardener.
