This is a 3 bedroom ranch style home that I'm selling for my parents and is located just outside of Salem. This house was built in 2006 using insulated concrete forms (ICFs) meaning the exterior walls consist of foam on the inside and outside of the wall with 6" of concrete in between making this house extremely energy efficient, can withstand winds up to 200mph and giving it a 2 hour fire rating. This house actually endured a fire in 2011 that started in the garage and worked itself into the main structure. If it had not been for the ICF structure, the house would've burned to the ground. The only damage was smoke and water damage and thus had a complete remodel that year.
